Pre-Registration Informational Zoom Meeting: Date and Time TBD (Late February)

Registration - opens March 2, 2026. Comp registration to close on Sunday, April 19th. Sideline Cheer to close on Sunday, May 4.

Competitive Team Tryouts - April 20 - 23, 2026 at Ehrman Crest Elementary School. Parent meeting will be held Wednesday (TBD).

Uniform/Apparel Fitting - May 17, 2026

Team Meet & Greets - TBD We encourage each team to schedule a meet and greet after teams are established before the end of the school year to have the opportunity to meet teammates and coaches

Competitive Choreography Camp - MANDATORY - July 27-31, 2026 8:00AM-10:00AM at Top Gun
Note: It is MANDATORY for all girls wishing to be on the competitive squad to attend.  If you already have a vacation planned or intend to go on vacation during those dates DO NOT register for a Competitive Squad.

Welcome Week - July 20 - 24th: Football practices kick off this week and cheer will use this as a welcome week to onboard into the season giving coaches and teams sufficient time and training to prepare for the cheer season ahead. Details to come but will likely include coaches meeting, teen coaches meeting, optional stunt clinic, etc. Stay tuned for more information.

PRACTICES:

Sideline Cheer Squad: Practices are from 6:00 - 8:00pm 4-nights/week (Mon-Thurs) beginning July 27, 2026. After school starts, practices drop to 2-nights/week (Tues & Thurs) for the duration of the season.

Competitive Cheer Squad: Practices are from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. 4-nights/week (Mon-Thurs) beginning August 3, 2026. After school starts, practices drop to 3-nights/week (Tues-Thurs) for the duration of the season.

Flag Cheer: Practices are from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. 2-nights (Tues & Thurs)/week beginning July 27, 2026 and continue for the duration of the season.

Please give careful consideration to practice times, especially with girls on the younger squads. Attendance at practice is mandatory.

By late September/early October, earlier darkness and cooler temperatures may lead to shorter practices or a move indoors, though indoor space is not guaranteed. Please note that athletes may still practice in cold or light rain (but not downpours or thunder/lightning). The Coordinators will determine any schedule changes, and coaches will communicate updates.
